The Work-Family Conflict Scale (ISSP) (Breyer and Bluemke, 2016) consists of 4 items measuring to which degree work interferes in family life and viceversa, family life interferes in work. The item have been translated in various languages, establishing thus the possibility to compare with previous editions of the ISSP survey.
